Reviewing old bracket checks for our UR5e plan. Restrained alignment passes. Released dimensions fail. No inspection support sketch.

Find out what 'alignment passes' meant. Visual judgement? Gauge? Actual readings? Those are different starting points.

Visual. Final sheet has numbers. I can't pair individual brackets between sheets.

Then don't calculate a change from them. I'd ask the old inspector to show the released check setup before planning new measurements.

Clara, were corrected brackets mixed into the final measurements? If the old routine included straightening, those figures may describe a different condition from the one your new process is meant to produce.
