Is it the whole gripper turned, or different fingers on the same body?
14 pointsWhole gripper turned relative to the wrist. Fingers look like the trial pair. The delivered adapter has no readable identifier.
18 pointsDoes the seller's equivalent claim include the tray approach, or are they only saying the gripper bolts on?
22 pointsA changed orientation may be workable, but the sample trial cannot establish clearance for an adapter that was not in it.
23 pointsIs returning it for the demonstrated adapter still an option? I'd ask that alongside the technical questions. Otherwise you can spend a surprising amount of your own time helping someone justify their substitution.
