We unpacked the FR10 arm and kept the crate, but the complete package we ordered also includes the controller and arm connection cable; the seller says those shipped separately, and after 45 days I still have no second reference to give our receiving team.

Have they supplied any handover record for that separate package, with the controller and cable listed, rather than just telling you it shipped?
