I'm still short the spare kit for our FR5, although the installed pendant cable and the rest of the main package are here; the seller keeps saying the kit will join another shipment, and I'm apparently meant to stock our spares cupboard with that sentence.
5 replies Ask for a shipment of its own. Have they said what they're waiting to combine it with?
Another customer's machine, apparently, which doesn't help me much since they won't say whether that machine is even packed.
Then ask what separate dispatch would cost. Not agreeing you should pay it, just finding out whether consolidation is the real obstacle.
They've offered separate postage but still haven't confirmed that all the kit is on their shelf, so I've asked that before we get into who pays.
Any answer on stock, Jamie?
