I received the arm crate from our Fairino FR10 order with an unnamed seller in China, shipped as consolidated freight. The separate crate assigned to the tooling kit hasn't reached us. Tracking says delivered, but the receipt's package counts are unclear. I've spent 46 days asking for a trace of that specific crate without getting one. Our setup is at a prepared handling station.
