FR5 sleeve pickup edits keep coming, contact inspection doesn't

Our sleeve grips crooked again. Three pickup edits, no contact inspection. What should maintenance compare before the fourth?

Find when the sleeve first leans in the retained footage, then compare the identified sleeve, source contacts and complete fitted fingers with their intended geometry. Preserve those edits so the programmer can review them against what maintenance actually finds.

Leans at closure. Looks seated beforehand. Retained sleeve and finger assembly references are with maintenance.

Looks seated from which side? One front view can hide a corner resting high. I'd want the actual contact check before choosing between tray and fingers.

Front view only. I haven't established the hidden contact. Good question.

Have them include that source seat in the static comparison. The first visible lean at closing does not prove the sleeve reached its intended contacts beforehand; closure may simply make the earlier seating problem obvious.

Maintenance found debris under one removable source support. It sat high at the hidden end.

Useful find. Compare the restored support and both finger contacts before spending money on a replacement gripper. The crooked pickup wasn't an invoice request.

Support restored and intended contacts checked. Programmer has the edits. Full transfer repeat still due.

Keep the hidden support check in the maintenance handover, with the accepted seating detail. The repair is identified; the completed transfer comparison will be the next evidence, rather than another reassuring front-view photograph.
