Can I review FR10 access before the machine survey is complete?

We once left out a service gap and made every lead change awkward. I'm trying not to repeat that on our FR10 machine-tending layout. The current sketch has the aluminium blank reaching the fixture, but no gripper body or open door. Which measurements should I ask the surveyor to bring back so the integrator can compare access and maintenance space from the same drawing?

Does the machine survey include the door's fully open position?

Only the opening width. Door folds beside the machine; its parked shape isn't measured.

Can they measure that parked shape and the handle projection?

Added to the survey. Integrator also asked for the fixture with its clamps open and closed, plus the intended gripper assembly.

Who will identify the maintenance access that has to remain clear?

Ask the machine maintainer to show it, especially removable covers and the space needed to handle them.

And where do those covers go while they're off?

Maintainer has joined the survey. One side cover needs space to slide before it lifts away. We've marked that and a place to put it. Robot layout comparison still pending.

Useful catch. That sliding space is easy to lose behind a base plate.
