We are considering FR10 unloading for 213 polymer blanks, but our compact workshop sketch contains a reach line without the gripper body or open door. I want an installed access comparison before choosing an arm, including the carried blank rather than a conveniently invisible load.
What does the door occupy when fully parked on your actual machine? Get that surveyed with the fixture, then add the complete loaded tool. The integrator needs to assess entry, removal and return, not just a point at the fixture
The parked door projects beside the fixture opening, but our drawing has no measurement for it. I have asked the surveyor and tooling supplier for one coordinated model, with connections and ordinary setter access retained. No candidate arm has passed that review yet.
