Compare what each actually demonstrated, but don't call the cycle times a robot comparison while one starts after somebody has sorted the tray
7 pointsThe tidy tray was prepared by the demonstrator. They haven't shown how it would be filled from our delivery trays. Asked for that work to be included.
21 pointsI'd ask both to work from the same incoming condition, including how they handle those leaning spacers, not just give the second supplier a tidier tray too
