Detailed status logging coincides with freezes in my UR5e diagnostic display. This is a bench replay setup with a reference coupon; cell controls are separate. I suspect file writes are blocking updates, but I haven't measured communications timing. What's a useful first comparison?
Time receipt, file write and display update separately on the same replay. Compare logging levels, and show the reading's age so a frozen display doesn't look current
