I helped check the main FR5 package when it arrived. Installed cable present, spare-kit cable absent. Purchasing keeps forwarding commissioning emails into the same conversation and the seller answers those while ignoring the missing kit.
I've split out the agreed spare list and our contents photos. How do I get an answer that means something more than next shipment? We haven't ordered another shipment.

Ask for a dated proposal for those missing items, including who pays the freight, and keep your receipt check separate from commissioning. If they propose credit instead, compare it with an identified compatible replacement and its delivered cost before agreeing.
