Different UR5e suffix and adapter interface after our drawing was confirmed

Our UR5e arrived with a different suffix and visibly different flange-adapter interface from the configuration confirmed against our fixture drawing. Fifty-four days awaiting a comparison; tooling unfitted. How should I document this without modifying anything?

Pair the confirmed configuration and fixture revision with photographs of the delivered identifiers and visible interface. Describe the actual difference. Ask the seller's technical person to compare the relevant assembly drawings and explain compatibility for your stated fixture, not just repeat equivalent.

The delivered interface has a projecting shoulder absent from the confirmation image; I have shown that beside the full labels and fixture revision, without treating a photograph as a measured interference.

That keeps the observation defensible. The supplied assembly still needs identification and a fixture-specific comparison. Do not let a matching overall robot description close the question about that shoulder.
