UR5e enclosure pilot with no fixture allowance

My colleague asked who was making the nests for our proposed enclosure-loading pilot, and I realised my budget treated them as things that would somehow appear. I have prices for the UR5e and gripper, but not preparation, changeover or the colleague's time. What would you agree for a small, honest comparison before I ask for more money?

Agree one enclosure family and a complete manual baseline first. Price the fixture, staff time, training and recovery work, then set a spending limit and an actual stop decision together.
