I have the actual packed-carton samples beside the vacuum-tool proposal. Its cups cross the taped seam on one supply version, while the demonstration used an untaped smooth face. The supplier suggests asking packing to flatten that area first.

We found that kind of preparation hidden outside the trial once. Ask the packer what flattening involves and whether it is repeatable on the received cartons. Price and assess that operation if it stays in the proposal; don't let it become free invisible work.
