Why does our FR5 unloading sketch make the door disappear?

Door is from a catalogue drawing. Ours has an extra handle. Tool model is available but wasn't used.

Have the machine owner confirm the door and handle geometry against the installed machine, then give the reviewer the full tool model. I would keep the proposed mounting position provisional until those are combined.

Setter can help with the survey. Base order is waiting.

Will that survey include where the setter puts the removed fixture, Jo?

Yes. There's a trolley beside the door already. I'll get its working space marked.

Include access to the fixture while it is still in the machine too. The trolley destination matters, but the setter has to get the fixture out in the first place.

Which tool model did you find? Check its assembly reference against the current offer before spending the survey on an older set of fingers.

Any alternative proposed yet, or just the clash identified?

Integrator is comparing a different approach orientation. No new base position proposed yet.

Have the toolmaker check that orientation with the held brass blank and the service connections included. A clear jaw tip would not be enough to settle this one.

They found the hose fitting was missing from G2's exported view. Corrected assembly sent for review.

Was the fitting in the assembly but hidden on export, or absent from the assembly itself? I'd check what the earlier assessment actually used.

Hidden on export, Aisha. Earlier reviewer never saw it. Revised route review remains open; stand still not ordered.

And does the setter still have that trolley space under the revised approach?

Trolley space unchanged on the drawing. Setter wants to review the whole changeover before agreeing. Thanks Hana, keeping that question alive.

Please post what they decide. Curious whether the orientation change survives the complete tool.
