A plate alone may leave you short of the locating parts and fittings. Have them identify everything in that manufacturing offer and the drawing revision it would follow before comparing it with the ordered assembly.

Yes. It was machined correctly but the matching locating bush was not included. We lost time sourcing the bush afterwards. That is why I would compare complete assemblies here, not only the plate price.
