Why are our 75 UR5e cable kits being counted as loose pieces?

We ordered 75 matched accessory kits, each with a tool cable. Stores received 75 adapter packs but only 68 cables. The seller says the quantity means pieces. Their final contents message says a cable per kit. Which received count are they proposing I erase?

Send one reconciliation with ordered contents, received quantities and the seven missing cables. Attach that final contents message to the invoice. Ask them to answer the cable shortage, not redefine the whole delivery after it arrived.

Sent with the sealed-box receipt and the receiving photographs. Seller acknowledges seven cables missing and is checking separate carriage against the confirmed cable reference.

Have they actually dispatched those seven, Jonas? Keep the kits incomplete in stores until the right cables are received and checked.

All seven arrived in the separate parcel and stores checked their assembly reference and quantity. We now have 75 complete kits. Thanks, Daniel; the component reconciliation ended the pieces-versus-kits argument.
