Does our machine-tending layout actually fit the complete tool? (Fairino FR5)

We're considering Fairino FR5 for machining fixture exchange with a cylindrical aluminum blank in a compact machining workshop, with 170 planned. The sketch reaches the fixture. Trouble is, we left out the gripper body and open door. i'd like to check access properly before choosing an arm.

Got measured outlines for the opening and gripper? An offline layout might catch what the reach circle misses.

@ZaraBaker0482 After comparing the outlines, i found that the proposed approach overlaps the door handle even though the workpiece itself clears. That explains the misleadingly comfortable result in my initial sketch.

Start from those measurements and review approach and withdrawal offline with the full tool, cables and maintenance access included. A revised mount then needs the integrator's assessment.
