UR5e adapter connector faces the other way from our sample trial

Delivered photographs against the trial's identified adapter drawing. Connector orientation differs at the same mounting reference.

Ask for the full assembled tool and connection arrangement against the actual receiving tray, because an isolated adapter picture cannot tell you what that changed connector position does to the job.

Trial showed the whole arrangement. New photos show the loose adapter only. No new handling comparison supplied.

What does equivalent mean in their reply? Same mounting, same catalogue category, or the same demonstrated handling? I'd ask the technical person that directly before anyone treats sales' one word as three separate answers.

Sales gave no definition. Technical contact has not answered the assembly comparison yet.

Can they supply the adapter that was actually demonstrated, rather than make you prove their substitute wrong first?

Does the changed connector already clash in a complete drawing?

No complete supplied-assembly drawing yet. Different orientation observed; clearance effect still unassessed.

Then keep any proposed fixture move conditional until that comparison exists; moving your tray might solve one connector issue while changing release and adding work nobody included in the original order.

Are the two views indexed from the same mounting face? Drawings from opposite sides can produce a surprisingly long argument before anyone notices which way they are looking.

Have the installer include the required fittings and cable route, so the proposed replacement is assessed as the assembly you would actually receive and fit.

Has the seller answered original-adapter supply now, Grace, or are they still only discussing how you might use the changed one?

Original adapter is available according to dispatch. Seller has offered that complete set, not dispatched it yet.

Who checks the replacement when it arrives?

Our installer, against the confirmed assembly and contents list. Existing scope includes the sample handling comparison afterwards.

Keep pickup, receiving release and withdrawal in that comparison; matching the adapter reference is useful, but the complete supplied arrangement still has to perform the job in your trial scope.

That scope is retained. Purchasing is settling replacement carriage and the substituted set's return. Tooling stays unfitted.
