Our inspection-cycle notes show the UR5e main routine but leave the called programs, fixture assumptions and ordinary PLC conditions in the integrator's head. There are no revisions on the screenshots either. I need the dependencies recorded while that person is available, so maintenance isn't left choosing between pictures and whatever the cell happens to be running.
We did that with our maintainer following the integrator. The wait depends on a fixture condition documented on a separate sheet nobody had included in the pack; its revision is now linked to the backup and called-routine list. The recovery responsibility still needs an agreed entry.
