The demo carton is smooth where the cups land. Our packed cartons have normal tape overlaps, print and two board surfaces there. I want those supplied conditions assessed before the operator inherits a hidden repacking step to keep this concept working.

Send representative filled cartons with the normal packing intact, and ask for holding through the proposed route plus release and the response to an uncertain grip. Make any proposed packing change a separate decision with its labour and material cost.
