Our alternating pattern fits neatly, but some rotated dispatch cartons put their required support direction over gaps. I'm keeping packaging's bearing areas and the full tool at release in the same review; the carrying view alone cannot justify this proposed FR5 layer.
Does dispatch need the labels facing a particular way as well? I've seen a pattern comparison solve support while creating another manual turn at the far end, which wasn't in either supplier's drawing.
Dispatch needs the outward label readable on the finished load. The current alternating pattern satisfies that on some sides only; I have added the requirement rather than assume label orientation can change freely.
Could a lower-count pattern keep the support direction and the labels, if dispatch accepts the extra pallet use? I'd price that consequence rather than preserve alternating as a requirement nobody actually needs.
Packaging and dispatch proposed a lower-count arrangement together. It keeps the specified bearing direction and the required outward labels. The tool supplier is checking the placement order and withdrawal space against that exact pattern.
The joint review accepted the lower-count candidate, including our defined partial loads and the tool's placement and withdrawal sequence. Dispatch owns the incomplete-load instruction. We selected it for detailed engineering with the extra pallet use priced, and withdrew the alternating proposal.
