Start with the physical chain from spacer and tray seat through fingers, gripper and mounting, under the maintenance inspection procedure. Keep the point-change history too. Otherwise you won't know whether a later comparison uses the setup that first became unreliable.
What changed physically before our FR10 spacer grip became crooked?

Point changes are saved, but our photos don't identify which spacer or tray was in use. I'll keep those as general views, not before-and-after measurements.

10 pointsI've seen a locating surface hidden by a seated part, so a tray can look unchanged while the contact underneath deserves attention. I'd inspect that contact, not only the tray outline.
