How should I compare the delivered FR5 bracket with the approved configuration?

The seller confirmed our fixture drawing before the FR5 purchase, but the delivered arm has a different suffix and visibly different tool-interface bracket. Three days of equivalence assurances, no comparison. Tooling remains unfitted. What evidence should establish whether our small-fixture-plate transfer is still covered?

Send the confirmed drawing revision, order configuration and exterior identifiers, with clear photographs of the difference. Ask their technical person for a dimensioned comparison covering the actual tooling interfaces and the intended handling. Equivalent needs an explanation tied to your requirements.

I have those references together. I can describe the visible bracket difference, but have not measured a mismatch against the drawing. I am asking for that comparison before fitting anything.

Keep that wording. A different suffix is a reason to investigate, not proof that it cannot fit. Equally, the seller saying equivalent does not establish fit, routing or the handling conditions you agreed.

The seller has acknowledged the comparison request and asked for our tool drawing again. I've resent the confirmed revision. No technical answer or replacement proposal yet.

Have the installer review whatever comes back against the supplied assembly. Don't let a drawing for the ordered variant become the answer to a question about the different one on your floor.
