Cannot justify another FR10 spacer pickup nudge

Our FR10 tray-unloading grip is becoming less square on rigid spacer blocks, and we keep compensating at the pickup points. The tray looks unchanged, but I have no measurements behind that impression. Where should maintenance look before we add another correction?

Compare the block's seating before grip with its held position. Preserve the point versions for maintenance.

We saved the versions. Maintenance found one spacer rocking before closure and has retained it alongside a block that sits flat. No conclusion about the arm from that pair.

Does the same spacer rock on the specified inspection support, or only in this tray pocket?

It rocks on the inspection support too. Inspection found a raised edge outside the part requirement; that block is segregated. We still need the remaining stock checked and the accumulated point changes reviewed, so this isn't a claim that every poor grip had one cause.

Keep the rejected block identified with that finding; verify the approved setup using conforming stock before closing the handling issue.
