Our FR5 layer drawing rotates component cases over gaps beneath their preferred support direction, so I want packaging and tool release reviewed together before the neat arrangement becomes an accepted pattern
Start with the packed case's required bearing areas over the layer below and pallet. Put the tool's placement, opening and withdrawal into that same arrangement.
Packaging can identify the bearing strips, but the current tooling view only shows a box being carried; I have asked for those release stages against the actual neighbours
Include the last position placed and any permitted partial layers. The empty space beside the first case may be occupied by the time the hand needs it later.
