I have kept unexplained correction out of our FR5 bracket estimate. But who should supply the missing released check when welding and quality each point at the other's sheet?
Your job lead needs to put the two owners together, not make purchasing translate between them. Stores can identify the fixture and its issued parts, but I would not let our issue record become evidence that the bracket passed an inspection.
