A second bracket proposal leaves straightening outside the quoted cycle

I'm reviewing a separate UR5e bracket proposal now. Its estimate ends at release, while the historical route continues through straightening and final inspection. The correction rate is missing, so the complete cycle comparison is still open.

We found an old process summary reporting only the accepted output, which concealed the rework. Can you link the final inspection sheets to the same individual brackets measured before straightening, rather than compare two batch totals?

Some individual marks survive, but the before-straightening sheet is incomplete. We cannot calculate a reliable rate for the whole run from what is there.

Our UR5e quote had a similar route gap. We asked for a current-part trial with fabrication and quality involved. Still worth finding what the old bench work did, even if its rate can't be recovered.

Do the traceable old cases use the current component revisions? I would establish that before carrying their correction method into the new requirements.

No, assembly revision B rather than current D. Fabrication is comparing the gusset change and defining a current trial. I have left correction as an unresolved estimate item.

Put that unresolved item in the layout brief too. Someone can leave the cost blank and still draw away the space needed to do the work.

Did the current trial produce any paired results yet? Interested whether the revision comparison changed which measurements the team wanted.
