Cannot account for UR5e box two from photographs of box one

List has boxes one and two. Collection sheet and photographs identify only one. I've asked whether box two physically exists, with the controller and cable inside it.

Is that box list a packing plan or a completed packing check?

Packing plan. Dispatch now says box two is waiting for the cable. So the separate shipment was a planned one, despite three replies saying it had happened.

Our kit had an impressively complete packing plan too; the missing item was still on a supplier order, and getting someone to say that plainly finally let us plan the workshop time.

Waited for that kit, Lin, because the available pieces had no separate use for our exercise; another workshop might have chosen differently, but two deliveries would only have given us two receiving jobs.

Technical contact confirms our controller is available. The cable is the outstanding item. I've asked them to identify its full assembly reference and actual supply position before offering another box-two collection date.

Keep the confirmed package's cable reference in that question. Available cable is not a useful answer unless it is the assembly your installer expects with this controller and pendant.

Sent the confirmed reference and the installer's component list. Sales replied with a cable picture but no stock or packing confirmation. I have asked dispatch, not sales, to answer that part.

Does the photograph actually show its marked reference?

No, catalogue picture. Nothing on it identifies a physical cable set aside for our order.

Then dispatch still needs to identify the actual assembly. Keep that picture out of the receiving pack unless it is clearly marked as a catalogue illustration; your receiver should not mistake it for checked contents.

Would sending the controller alone help you, Anna, or just split the same unfinished job again?

No useful separate work for us. Installer and purchasing prefer the complete matched package, with the replacement packing check tied to both items. We haven't authorised a cable substitution or another partial dispatch.

Then tell them exactly that, because warehouse may otherwise think moving the controller is the progress everyone wants and leave you chasing the smaller box afterwards.
