Our delivered UR5e arm crate is accounted for. The controller and teach pendant cable are not, although the seller's complete-package list includes them. Every answer about their separate shipment comes with another photograph of the arm crate. I need somebody to account for the second box, not admire the first.
Ask dispatch for the second box's actual packing record and movement reference against those missing contents. A complete order list may describe what should be packed rather than what was handed to a carrier.
List has boxes one and two. Collection sheet and photographs identify only one. I've asked whether box two physically exists, with the controller and cable inside it.

Keep the confirmed package's cable reference in that question. Available cable is not a useful answer unless it is the assembly your installer expects with this controller and pendant.

No useful separate work for us. Installer and purchasing prefer the complete matched package, with the replacement packing check tied to both items. We haven't authorised a cable substitution or another partial dispatch.
