My complete FR5 package has an arm and no traceable controller shipment

Arm is here. Controller and controller power lead aren't. I ordered the complete FR5 package for assembly inserts, and the seller says those two items travelled separately. Twenty-eight days, no second reference. I've kept the crate and packing; I need something receiving can actually trace.

Start with the received package count. Did the delivery record list more than one package?

And ask the seller to identify the contents under each claimed shipment. A second reference that turns out to belong to the arm would add another number without locating either missing item.

One package on the delivery record, one received. Packing list says complete package but doesn't allocate contents to separate consignments. I've sent both records with the controller and lead marked absent.

Seller finally supplied another reference. Carrier tracking shows a consignment accepted, not delivered. Seller says controller and lead are together in it; receiving has that claim attached, still to be checked against the box.

Does that reference name your destination and connect to this order? The acceptance event is useful, but receiving still needs the link before treating it as your missing package.

Yes. Destination and order link checked with the shipping paperwork. No arrival yet. Thanks Daniel, the original one-package receipt stopped us looking for a second box that had never reached our door.

Keep the power lead visible on the incoming check. Controllers are large enough to dominate the conversation; small missing items have a way of disappearing from the shortage record when the expensive thing arrives.

And let the responsible installer verify identity and condition before any commissioning work.

Second box arrived. Correctly identified controller is present; the listed power lead isn't. Photos and signed count sent. I've closed the controller shortage only, and kept installation paused while we settle the remaining lead.

Has the seller given a separate supply proposal for that lead now? Their earlier statement that both items were together no longer accounts for the received contents.
