I ordered Fairino FR10 from an unnamed seller in China after they confirmed a configuration against our fixture drawing. The delivered label has a different suffix, and the interface around the gripper mounting plate looks different from that drawing.
The seller says equivalent but hasn't provided a comparison. I've left our tooling unfitted and waited 39 days for clarification.
The job is positioning inspection samples.

Do you've the seller's confirmation, delivered identification label, and fixture drawing available together? Comparing those would identify the discrepancy without assuming what the suffix means.

@MayaAbbott0040 I've the prepayment confirmation referring to our drawing and the different delivered identifier. Our unpacking photographs also show the interface as received, with no tooling installed.
