I have asked for the occupied-layer view, but our UR5e product-box pattern still turns preferred supports over gaps. What detail of the packed box should packaging add so tooling can assess real bearing and exit together?
The internal load arrangement and required bearing regions, identified to the current packing revision; then overlay those on the underlying boxes and complete tool movement, not only its final held pose.
Packaging found the sketch assumes the old internal support position. The current packed-box requirements are now identified, and the integrator is rebuilding the comparison. No pattern accepted from the corrected input alone.
Keep both packing revisions labelled in the record; the old overlay may be valid for a different box but cannot silently return as approval for this one.
