I need packaging support and tool access to agree before we adopt this alternating dispatch pattern. The sealed cartons fit the pallet outline, but some rotated positions bridge gaps against their preferred support direction. What should the joint review settle first, without pretending every unresolved detail is already a design defect?
Start with required bearing for the actual filled carton. Packaging should put it on the real lower support, not leave the tool designer interpreting an arrow beside a rectangle.
Establish the dispatch operation as well. I have wrongly assumed a remainder-handling task before; ask what partial loads actually leave this station rather than designing an exception nobody needs
Include the open fingers in the occupied sequence. A route can carry the carton into position and still leave the hand unable to withdraw between its neighbours.
Dispatch does move incomplete pallets at order end. Packaging has the current contents specification and deck drawing; tooling has the open-hand envelope. Neither has returned a finding yet, so I am keeping the current pattern undecided.
Use one identified layout for those findings, including placement order. A packaging answer from the complete top view and a tool animation of another sequence do not form a combined result.
