The first clear view is halfway through transfer, and it is already tilted there. The fixture hides the actual pickup. I cannot tell from these recordings whether it was gripped that way or moved afterwards.

Then that hidden interval needs observing before the tray gets blamed.

I've added that to the inspection request. We can review the tool contact surfaces while isolated, then have the responsible technician arrange an observation of pickup under the cell's normal commissioning procedure. The current video alone cannot settle it.

Interested in what they find, especially if the old point changes were compensating for grip movement.

When you get the pickup view, what will you compare it against to judge square?

I need to define that with maintenance. My earlier description mixed the sleeve's angle in the image with its position relative to the fingers. I'd ask for a view that shows both the sleeve and an identifiable tool feature. I don't have that observation yet.

Worth asking which feature represents the locating geometry, not just whichever edge is easiest to see. Then the pictures and the mechanical inspection can discuss the same relationship
