Our rotated cartons put their marked support edges over gaps in the layer below, and I can't sign off a pattern just because the UR5e tool fits between them

We had packaging reject an edge over a finger channel, so I would mark the required bearing areas on this drawing before spending more on the pattern. Then put the tool withdrawal beside those marks. Fewer cartons may be an option, but it still needs packaging and tooling to agree on that actual arrangement.
