My FR10 class dashboard counts 26 inspections, but three are retries of the same coupon. How should I show accepted coupons without losing those earlier attempts?

Have you got a coupon identity on every attempt? I'd start there. I wouldn't delete the failed attempt just to tidy the screen, but I also wouldn't let a later pass silently overrule a rejection if somebody still has to review it. Your students need to see which decision is current, not just which result arrived last.
