UR5e inspection handover with unversioned screenshots

Our housing-inspection notes show the main routine and little else. No revision, subprogram list or fixture assumptions. The integrator is still available, so I want an actual handover before these screenshots become workshop folklore.

Start with a verified export of the installed job and its dependencies. Have the integrator link the screenshots to that version, then document the fixture and ordinary PLC conditions the sequence expects.

The export exposed a subprogram missing from the notes. It chooses which housing result belongs to the displayed sample. One screenshot is from an earlier version with a different result page.

Our covering operator found a missing decision faster than three people reading the same folder. Give someone the revised notes and ask them to explain an interrupted inspection.

Include who they contact when the result cannot be assigned. The handover should not quietly make the tutor responsible for reconstructing the software history.

The integrator added the result subprogram, current screenshots and the unresolved-result decision. The first walkthrough caught a fixture insert assumption that was still only in their head.

Good catch. Put the physical insert identity beside that assumption, not only a photograph of a fixture that might accept several inserts.

Corrected, with the insert reference and applicable job version. A second tutor followed the normal and interrupted examples without the integrator supplying missing steps. We have issued that package and withdrawn the old screenshot folder.

Useful result. Make sure the teaching shortcut opens the issued folder; that is where the next tutor will start.
