Our turned dispatch cartons leave support gaps in the UR5e layer

The alternating UR5e layer fits our dispatch cartons but turns preferred supports over gaps. I need packaging and complete-tool access checked on one controlled revision before accepting it.

Ask packaging to define bearing for the actual filled cartons and pallet, then review placement, opening and withdrawal among occupied neighbours on that same arrangement. Include partial loads.

Shared review found unsupported bearing in the turned row. An aligned candidate restores it, but opening the hand reaches its neighbour.

Then record two distinct findings against the two candidates. The aligned option is not acceptable merely because it answers the original support objection; tooling needs an assessed alternative for that opening conflict.

Both candidates are held. Tooling will compare a changed placement order and a different hand arrangement; neither is an agreed fix yet.

Have each alternative return to packaging as well, with its intermediate and partial-load states; a changed placement order can alter which cartons provide support before the final layer exists.
