Reply to discussion Main UR5e hardware matches my order from China. Spare kit missing, including the extra tool cable. Four days of 'next shipment' without a parcel reference. How do I get a definite kit answer?

Seller confirms the extra cable is not in stock. Sent a proposed supply date, not a dispatch record. I've kept the kit outstanding against the order.
At least you can stop searching for a parcel that hasn't left. Keep the remaining kit items itemised too.
