FR10 blank-removal drawing with no space claimed by its own gripper

Our 146-part aluminium-blank proposal has a reach sketch that hits the fixture perfectly, helped by leaving out the gripper body and open door. What measured review should come before choosing the FR10? I'd rather find the awkward geometry now than pay to discover it in the bay.

Start with the complete tool carrying the blank in surveyed machine and fixture geometry, door included. Ask the integrator to assess loaded removal and empty return. What assembly detail do you currently have, beyond the point at the fixture?

Finger outline only. The adapter and rear connections are missing. Machine view is generic too, so I've requested the full assembly and an installed survey rather than another arm reach diagram.

Include service access in that survey. On my separate proposal, a candidate orientation remains open for withdrawal and maintenance even after another one was ruled out by the handle.

Our maintainer needs to replace the connection line from the front. Setter also removes the fixture there. Both tasks are now in the survey scope, with no alternative tool orientation proposed here yet.

Those task requirements should remain visible when the robot route is assessed. Also have the complete loaded assembly checked against the applicable robot limits for the intended movement; a geometrically clear tool still needs that separate assessment.

Sarah, has the installed door measurement arrived, or is the survey still scheduled? I would keep that distinction in the buying update.
