Cannot hand over UR5e sleeve unloading with only the easy run explained

Our operators can start the sleeve-unloading job, but an empty pocket or interrupted transfer brings them back to me. I taught the clean run and left the decisions out. I'd like to revise the handover around what they actually need to decide, not add another page of start instructions.

Use a screenshot of an actual pause and ask the operators what they need to know before deciding whom to call or which approved recovery applies; that is a cheap way to find the missing information.

Farah, that helped us uncover a status label people read as permission to leave the job, so I would keep their exact words when bringing the issue back to the cell owner.

They asked whether the sleeve might still be held and which tray pocket the message meant. My generic transfer paused label hides both. The cell owner and controls lead are reviewing those states with us.

Keep uncertain physical state distinct from an ordinary empty-pocket case, because the recovery instructions must not teach people to repeat a transfer when nobody knows where the sleeve is.

Imran, will the revised handover include practice by somebody who did not watch you write the job, once the recovery is approved?

And name the escalation role as well as the information to pass on, so a difficult case does not still end with find Imran when Imran is away.
