The FR10 estimate gives our colleague all the unpriced fixture work

I priced an FR10 and gripper for 24 connector housings, then left fixtures and staff time vague. My colleague objects, reasonably. What small tray-unloading pilot could we judge together without my optimism becoming his job description?
