I can't rank these spacer demos fairly

Our FR5 shortlist includes a trial with a neat tray and another candidate using our awkward returnable tray; what common test should I request before ranking the complete handling proposals?

Agree the incoming parts and accepted output, then include every bit of tray preparation each proposal needs to get between them

The neat tray is supplied with that system, but transferring our incoming spacers into it was left out of the video; I've added that work to the comparison.

Include the person doing it. The tray won't fill itself because it's in the quote

That hidden preparation changed one of our comparisons. We had counted the transfer motion while someone sorted parts off-camera. Ask for the full order, including interruptions and clearing away

Both suppliers now have a whole-order trial outline, including manual work, changeover and accepted placement checks; no ranking yet because the revised demonstrations have not happened.

And have the operator watch the recovery bits. They'll be the one living with them
