Our FR10 bezel folder mixes two accepted surface finishes, with the brightest band in each labelled scratch. I have separated the physical parts by finish and kept the original photographs. What should quality settle before we reuse any of these judgements in the image set?

Have quality judge the identified parts against the requirement for each finish. Keep any uncertain feature uncertain. Do the current labels name a physical scratch, or simply point to the brightest pixels?

Mostly the brightest pixels. Quality accepted the bands on both finish groups and found a genuine short scratch beside a hole on one bezel. The corrected set includes that reject and accepted examples of both finishes. We still need to compare their appearance through ordinary reseating before choosing a lighting arrangement.
