Why is our FR10 carton count approved before its support?

A separate FR10 pallet proposal has reached me with the carton count signed off and the underside missing from the review. Some rotated component cases bridge the finger spaces below. Packaging's support direction is specified, but I cannot find anyone assessing those actual positions. Who should bring those drawings together before the count becomes a purchasing target?

Have the project owner convene packaging and tooling around a section showing the bearing areas, lower layer and finger route. The carton count can remain a target, but it isn't approval of a supported, usable arrangement.

The owner arranged that review. Packaging wants one rotated position changed; tooling has not checked the resulting withdrawal yet. The original count stays provisional, which purchasing has accepted.

Has tooling answered on the revised position? I'd want to see the last withdrawal too, not just the fingers conveniently outside an empty layer.

And carry the packed-carton condition into that comparison, Luis. A prettier sample box with different support inside could make the new position look successful for the wrong reason.
