I've included manual finishing of partial pallets in our new carton review, because I don't want that work disappearing again. The full-layer proposal also turns the packed cartons over unsupported gaps. What should packaging and tooling compare before the operator arrangement is treated as the answer to everything?
Have they seen a section showing the packed carton's supporting structure over those gaps, alongside the actual tool opening and withdrawal space, rather than only the finished stack?
No section yet. I have an opened packed carton and the pallet drawing ready to send together. The operator layout is only one part of the review, not packaging approval.
