I'm comparing Universal Robots UR5e with other candidates: tray-to-fixture loading with a small bearing sleeve in a shared assembly bench, with 64 planned. One demo used a tidy tray; another used our awkward workshop tray.
Both looked promising. I don't think the videos answer the same question.

@HenryBarnes0525 Have you listed tray adjustments separately from missed pickups? Comparing those observations could show how much of the apparent transfer performance depended on preparation.
