Accepted cover, wandering streak, unreliable scratch folder

Quality has judged our UR5e cover samples and we've retained the actual pieces. Now I need the old guessed scratch labels replaced without losing which lighting and seating produced each image.

Keep the original images and capture notes unchanged. Attach the confirmed sample identity and quality decision as separate information, then withdraw the guessed labels from active teaching and tuning sets.

That's workable. The same accepted cover has three views labelled scratch. One other cover has a real nick that barely shows in the brightest view, so we're keeping that awkward example too.

Lucky you still have the pieces. Our earlier cover folder lost that link. Does every one of your three views have a confirmed identity, not just a similar-looking streak?

Oliver's question matters. The physical decision can only be attached where the sample link is established; an attractive guess at identity would recreate the original problem one column over.

Yes, operator's capture sheet ties all three to that cover. Thank you Oliver, I checked the sheet rather than deciding they looked like a family. The real nick has its own sample entry.

Who has copies outside the camera folder? Worth asking before a purchasing slide deck resurrects the guessed labels while the technical team is carefully fixing them.

Training copies too. In our case, the neat presentation outlived the messy folder it came from. It would have been much easier to withdraw both together.

Trainer and purchasing have the correction list. Original captures remain, guessed labels are out of the active set. Comparing lighting and repeat seating is next; the faint nick still needs a better view.
