Our incoming cartons have taped seams, print and rougher board patches. The supplier's vacuum demonstration uses a clean smooth sample with the cups nowhere near a seam. I need to know which of our real conditions the proposed tool can handle, and what happens when it cannot make a reliable pickup.

Give the supplier representative packed cartons spanning those surface conditions, with the intended cup positions and transfer described. Request the complete pickup, holding and release comparison plus the failed-pickup response. Any exclusions should remain visible in the operating scope, rather than disappearing behind one successful sample.
