I have kept correction labour provisional in our FR5 bracket estimate. The new summary nevertheless says the old fixture maintained alignment, based on a restrained tick and a finished pass taken after correction. That sentence is doing work the measurements never did.
Take the summary author through the sequence with the actual sheets. We had a fixture change get credit for work done elsewhere because the report jumped straight from clamping to the finished part.
Then say it was satisfactory under restraint, with the reference used for that check. That can be a real observation without describing the released bracket. Is there an identified released reading before correction?
Good. Can fabrication identify what the correction actually involved? That gives the next study something concrete to record without asking anyone to remember a measurement they never took.
Fabrication has described the correction operation for the study. Its timing and need on the current assembly still require measurement; no saving has been credited to the proposed fixture.
Keep the current assembly revision and inspection supports with that study. The useful comparison is what happens to those identified brackets, not whether someone can reproduce the old tick.
